Willem Penaat designed furniture for the Ministry of War in Den Haag in 1917 and this pair of side chairs was part of that interior!
Original hand-carved solid oak frames on solid macassar ebony feet and re-upholstered in multi-colored fabric by the former owners.
Our upholsterer can arrange new upholstery if needed.
