Magnificent and rare pair of Art Deco Haagse School club chairs. Design by Anton Lucas for Striking Dutch design from the 1920s. Solid oak and veneered frame with solid Macassar ebony details and Macassar veneered armrests. Re-upholstered with red Manchester corduroy fabric. In very good condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.
