Magnificent and rare pair of two Art Deco Haagse School armchairs. Design by Henk Wouda for H. Pander & Zonen. Striking Dutch design from the 1920s. Solid oak with solid macassar ebony lining. Re-upholstered with a petrol blue velvet fabric. Marked with original manufacturers metal tag and brand mark. In very good original condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.
